Cloud Chatanda hosted an artist hangout at Nafasi at the end of May, just after his 6-week residency at the Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik in Berlin.
Dar Stool
Captivated by the tradition of gathering, chatting and relaxing under trees in public spaces, Alex wanted to make a temporary contribution to this practice by hosting a series of workshops for young artists and carpenters to build stools. They are now available at the National Museum, Nafasi Art Space, Baba Wa Toto, and maybe in other places. The idea is also that the wood and metal pieces are reusable for other projects.
